Have you been asked to enter resource information into Allscripts Homecare, but you have questions? What is a resource? Why is resource information important? What does the Allscripts Homecare Resource component look like? How does the Resource component work? In part one of this course you will learn what a resource is and why the information is important, and how to access the Resource component in Allscripts Homecare. Part two will teach you steps #3 through #5 which are optional in the process.

Improve your skills on returning data from the patient service tables. We will answer your questions about sorting on the Data tab and the relationship to the Group function on the Design tab. You will learn the key activities when Grouping patient services information by resource and also by service code will demonstrate this functionality. Some basics Calculations will be introduced as well. Observe as a patient services query is modified to return services sorted and grouped by the resource providing the service. This same query will then be modified to return the services sorted and grouped by the service code.
